Speaking after inking the deal, Opher Ben Zvi, Greentube’s Key Account Manager for Ukraine, said the gaming market in the country is full of untapped potential. Opher reiterated that First Casino is the perfect partner in its mission to reach Ukrainian players.
On the other hand, Maistrenko Andrii, First Casino’s Chief Financial Officer, said the NOVOMATIC Interactive brand’s content deserves all the praise it gets. Andrii stated that Greentube’s games offer a unique blend of exciting online content and land-based casino appeal. The CFO finished up by saying that this deal will definitely help grow the casino’s reputation further.
Just a month earlier, in July 2021, Greentube announced its debut in the strict German iGaming market via OnlineCasino Deutschland AG. This move marked a significant milestone for Greentube, considering the country’s new online gaming regulations are just a few weeks old now.
OnlineCasino Deutschland AG is a cog in the German online gaming scene, having been operational since 2013. The company is locally licensed and offers in-class gambling entertainment.
During the same month, the aggregator announced that it would be bolstering its Canadian market reach via Loto-Quebec. The deal marked the second Canadian entrance for Greentube after debuting in British Columbia via BCLC back in May.
The Quebec government launched Loto-Quebec in 1969 to offer locals betting services on games of chance. Today, the operator has metamorphosed into one of the most popular online gaming sites in the region.
In other news, Greentube continues to show its unwavering support to player protection after donating money to BetBlocker – a self-exclusion software provider. The operator provides a free, open-source app for blocking multiple gambling sites on your device.
This donation marked the second consecutive year that the operator has donated to BetBlocker. Contributions like these have seen the application upgrade over the last couple of months to include more player control mechanisms.
Meanwhile, Greentube’s donation is from its annual Research, Entertainment, and Treatment (RET) kitty. This funding model supports research in player protection measures and treatment of betting-related harm.
